Location, easy communication with the host by using WhatsApp. Short walk to town. Apartment was well equipped.

Our view was a building being built right in front. In saying that there was a view of the sea at the end of the balcony.

"Nice and close to center"

Really close to city center Nice hottub (max 2 ppl) Very nice beds Small, but spacoius (ideal for two couples)

Drive to the underground parking is super difficult and narrow. Impossible for suvs, unless you do not care about scratches. Construction site in front of the building is loud on workdays and block almost all seaview. Shower doors seal is non-existent and you have to scoop the water from the floor after every use.

"Superb"

Alessia responded quickly and was super helpful, she alway offered solutions to our problems. The accommodation is in a quiet area and is only few minutes walk from the main attractions. The apartman is in a modern, nice building with lift. It is well equipped, nicely furnished and spacious.

Driving up from the garage was extremely difficult with a middle size car. (For a seasoned driver with almost 30 yrs of driving experience.) We decided not to park in the garage anymore so we walked 10 mins from / to the free street parking option. Maybe it would be easier with a small car.

"Don’t be deceived by the statement of “sea view” when booking as it is a glimpse at best."

Clean, tidy, comfortable, reasonable size, good aircon, well stocked kitchen/ammenities. Location was also good

We paid for a sea view but this was being built out and our view was one of a construction site and the host had not advised of this and/or adjusted price accordingly. Had we known our view was built out we would not have stayed here for that money.
