Not a lot to be honest..

No keycode for the lockbox on the day of arrival, no response through messages had to call the vendor. The apartment wasn't really clean.. been obvious someone had a party or 12 in there, was actually cigarette ash all over the pool table cloth and inside the pockets. Now, bedsheets and bathroom were clean.. but the bed is probably the most uncomfortable airbnb I've been in, and visibly.. broken or beat in on one side. Toilet seat in the bathroom is broken.. just clear dirt in the hallway as you enter.. dirty blinds.. windows.. sills.. floors / edges.. I put up with it as a place to crash and sleep.. but that's about it.

I was told I would have the access code the morning of my arrival, I had to contact them in the afternoon as I still hadn't received it. To be fair they did send it straight after I had contacted them. On arrival there was a big wet patch on the sofa, I contacted them about this to be told the cleaner must have cleaned something off it! I think there was insufficient bedding on the pull out bed, which led to my 2 sons arguing who was sleeping in the 'stain', so we used the only 2 towels provided (for 4 guests) for them to lie on! The floors were sticky so none of us wanted to take off our shoes. It said breakfast was included on the booking but we only had tea, coffee and sugar....I didn't expect much but at least a loaf of bread or small cereals?! I had booked this as a surprise for my husbands 50th birthday and was disappointed, just glad we only had to stay one night
