Entire boutique mill cottage

Very quirky place, clean and modern.

The cottage is lovely and instantly felt like home. The notebook with all the valuable information was both useful and a nice touch. Having ensuite bathrooms for both bedrooms was ideal, and the heating was easy to operate in the bedrooms. Moreover, the larger TV screen and free access to Netflix made for a relaxing evening after a long journey. Finally, the cottages was conveniently located near to our main location of interest.

Unfortunately, the heating in the lounge took a long time to warm up the space, and the shower was not warm enough, which was not ideal on a cold, rainy autumn night stay.

I booked the place last minute. Paid and confirmed the time of arrival. Turned up infront of property to find out that the host sent a message that they cant accomodate me due to late notice. I did understand that. However when I messaged them about my refund, there was no response. I rang booking.com to complained about it and i was told my booking wasnt cancelled and will investigate what happen. It's been 5 days and feedback from both side.
