Charming room near Southmead

There was no handle on the door! The whole smelt of curry from someone cooking. Curtains were hanging off the window. Had to use an electric heater as there was no heating. I forgot to take a photo of the door handle as i just wanted to get out of there

Blood in the bathroom from an argument between a couple downstairs we think defo blood everywhere. Also really strong smell of cannabis throughout the whole place all night even went into our room at the top when we opened the door to use the toilet. On the second day very loud child was screaming all evening running about .ment to be a place to rest on holiday and it was like a hostel. I would not go to this place ever again. The bedding was dirty. 1 big towel 1 little towel for two adults No cups or spoons to make a drink. No toilet roll in the bathroom. We heard the cleaner or staff arrive but no change to any of the above absolute shambles. Not happy at all contacted the landlord but have not had a reply. I wonder why. Managed to park at the property wow!!

Feels like a crack den. Blood on wall Blood on quilt Door didn’t have a handle Door lock would jam Birds constantly on the roof making it loud No toilet paper. Taking long to give back deposit Dirty stains on chair

From the moment I stepped foot in the accommodation, it was awful. Brought food to prepare and eat, got into the accommodation to find that the oven door was shattered, and there was no cutlery to use, and there was mouldy food in the fridge. Opened the freezer to find stains all on the inside of the door, which had frozen. Went into my room to find a sofa with several stains and rips on it. Tried to call the property several times to ask about no electricity, to no reply. Eventually, the lighting came on at 2:30 am. Still no answer when trying to get a refund for this!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No breakfast was included in the stay.

Bathroom was very primitive and uncomfortable.
