The front doors needs some adjustment so it closes better (needs slamming to close it)

Needed to be more clear where key collection was and where the lodge was as didn’t receive that information. Had to call up when arrived

Excellent location,very clean lodge,beautiful setting.

Self catering, hot tub , quite area , a lodge set in a beautiful woodland , the sound of wild life , the option to go fishing , ideal location to walk to the nearby village of Woodall Spa , great idea for outside catering , what more would you want. My family and I found Woodhall Country Park , excellent and hopefully we will be back later in the year .

Nothing , maybe if I am being picky, slight up date all round , I think the area between the living room and the bedrooms , there needs to have a coat hanger area fitted , would have made all the difference .

It was lovely and peaceful. Perfect relaxing location.

My only issue was the mattress was uncomfortable and lumpy. That was it.

We enjoyed the location, as it allowed the kids to play freely without any worry

We had found a bed bug which made us feel uncomfortable. Also there were webs in corners and insects. I under the insects being there but the webs areas seemed like they have not been cleaned.

The staff was really friendly, nothing was ever too much bother, it's a beautiful location and it's very well maintained. The lodge was clean and soo cozy, hot tub absolutely exceptional and was checked regularly :)
