This is our second visit and improved since our last visit in 2018. Liked the new bar area and food

The wifi is a little tricky- I purchased it but online payment/ verification with bank needs internet and also the voucher was sent via e-mail- all of which I couldn't get to until I was off site and had 4G/5G. It says 1/2 hour free but we didn't get that to allow us to establish everything we needed to connect

Fabulous location great style and everything spotlessly clean . Has almost everything you need

The TV in the lounge wouldn’t work but the other tvs worked . Could benefit from a smart TV allowing guests to connect and have access to many apps available for entertainment. A minor issue as the purpose is to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. Double bed not very comfortable mattress too soft for us but on the whole everything else was perfect Thank you
