Luxurious Bungalow in Payson

Great location and neighborhood

The temperature/thermostat cannot be changed, set at 70. For such a large space it wasn’t warm. I had to get up in the middle of the night to put on socks and a sweater to sleep because the cold kept waking me up. Below 30 during the night outside.

The owner was nice and the house was roomy. It also had a beautiful front patio.

Well, first off, it was a little weird. We could hear the people staying in the other part of the house through the shared laundry room. Then in the kitchen there is this glass door with a curtain over it ,that is also in the shared laundry room that whoever is staying in the other portion of the house can look right in at you, all they need to do is move that curtain and they can see inside our portion of the house, I was not ok with that. Then it was also uncomfortable that we couldn't really have the blinds in the kitchen and dining area open because the other people would be sitting outside and can see us. I'm not gonna lie it was creepy very creepy and uncomfortable. The beds were a bit small and uncomfortable, also it was kinda dirty like the carpet in the living room wasn't vacuumed and the bathroom floors weren't swept as there was a bunch of hair on the floors. We were also excited to relax in front of the fireplace, but there was a sign on it saying it was disabled, so we couldn't use it. That was a disappointment as it was freezing in the 30s at night.

It was a beautiful home to spend Christmas with. Very easy to find and everything you needed was close. The owners went above and beyond to make bathroom essentials available. Bath and Body works sprays, lotions and hand soaps. Rooms were nicely decorated and beds filled with pillows. The living room was beautiful and there was a huge TV!! All kitchen utensils and cooking supplies including sides were available. The coffee and tea station was complete with a variety of flavors. There were snacks and water available complimentary. There was a new bag of ice in the freezer. Laundry room was available with supplies. This was our first Christmas 🎄 without my dad and it was perfect location for our new tradition of traveling. I would definitely want to come back in the Spring to take a walk around. It was a bit cold. We would definitely use the grill and fire pit on our next visit. There was a small issue with other guests but the owners were sick and responsive. Problem solved. Highly recommend.

Easy to get to. The house was nice inside and out. The beds were comfy. The kitchen had everything needed to cook meals.

Didn't like the rental of a room on the back porch. Looking out the kitchen window to someone on the back porch was weird. Hearing them in the laundry room that is connected to our hallway was weird. They weren't loud, it just felt weird. Also I love fireplaces. This was advertised with fireplace, technically yes but it is disabled.

Sima was very communicative and responded quickly to my questions. We were happy that we could take our little dog with us for our family gateway. House was very well decorated and nice. It felt like being at home. Starbucks coffee and selections of tea was super nice to have and on top of it snacks.We have felt welcomed and appreciated. We greatly appreciate!!! We will recommend it to all of our friends and family. Thank you again 😊
