Grounds were all dirt..was hoping for some grass..master bath needs new showerhead..there is no hot tub..no icemaker..not sure where luxurious works into this picture.

The property was spacious, clean and the location was very convenient to get to 260 which we used to get to our hiking and fishing destinations. Front porch was lovely in the evening

Traffic noise; common area for laundry; could hear voices, phone, alarm and TV from other occupants.
