Luxurious Bungalow in Payson

I liked that upon arrival the look of the house. We were given a pincode for the door that worked every time. This place had a spacious living room, kitchen, that was fully stocked and came with complimentary coffee and snacks, and a dining room. We had three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bathrooms were stocked with clean linen and complimentary soaps, lotion and extra toilet paper. This place also provided board games to play which we had a blast with. The beds were comfy and had clean linen and blankets and extra blankets and towels in the closet. Cleanliness was a10 out of 10 and the location was great. There were restaurants and convenient stores close and the bowling alley was just across the street.

The master bedroom could've had a king bed and maybe had an ice maker.

Description is incorrect. No shared backyard to fire pit, not the entire house There are others that stay at the property. No access to grill., they had to ask the other renters if I could use it. Which made it uncomfortable, so we just put our steaks in the oven. The washing machine did not start, and in the shared laundry room, there is a weird shade that looks into the kitchen dining area that anyone staying in the other units can look into your private area. It looks like a window that has green glass, but it isnt, it is like a roller shade. That was just kind of creepy, and you wouldn't want to wear your jammies in the morning, thinking someone could look in the kitchen and dining areas if you are making breakfast, lunch, or dinner. You are sharing a private space where anyone can peer in, and we did not feel comfortable with this situation. Lastly, not.service dog, and ADA friendly or welcoming.

Amazing home in a great location and great price. Very clean, comfortable beds, well taken care of home. Will stay here again.

Good value for the price. Nice location right at the edge of the city. I can tell they modernize the inside recently.

There’s a sign on the dining room table that says it requirement is to leave the house as clean as when we arrived. We paid $100 cleaning fee. I believe in cleaning up after yourself, but don’t prefer to stress about leaving it meticulous after the cleaning fee. 

The property was cold, the host stated would change the thermostat from AC to heater but never did. We had to leave early because we were cold. It was 64 degrees.
