Quiet place with great location in Coyoacán.

The breakfast is not the best with only 3 choices- for a long stay it gets quite boring. Ended up eating out half of the stay.

Excelent location. Delicious breakfast. Very quiet at night.

You have to look for parking around the neighborhood. Hot water was scarce at night.

"Colorful island of calm with cool rooms, guarded by alebrijes."

My partner liked the breakfast a lot -- don't believe in eating before noon, personally. I loved the quiet setting, the large rooms; ours had an office and a balcony/roof access, which was great. And there was a jacuzzi in the back, and a workspace downstairs, with a massage chair. The place was decorated all over with alebrijes, which were very cool. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and fluent in English and willing to indulge my attempts to practice my Spanish.

The toilet was old and beat up and not the best. The shower was the kind where you have to stand in the path of the water as you adjust the temperature from intolerable to tolerable -- did not enjoy. I know plumbing is one of the harder things to improve, but this was the one failing of the property.

Nous avons particulièrement aimé l emplacement, le confort de la chambre, le jardin et le petit déjeuner a la carte.

Pour des départs tôt à l aéroport hors horaire petit déjeuner, l hôtel pourrait proposer un panier froid en substitution sachant qu un emplacement boisson chaude est a disposition en continu.

"Could be great! Great location but disappointing value for money"

Location, patio, breakfast, spacious bed, building in general.

Bathroom, overall maintenance and uneven style and renovation. Staff kindness and helpfulness depended on days. Not to the standard of a +300€/night “boutique hotel”

Tutto benissimo! Camera e bagno molto belli e spaziosi, pulizia super, ottimo personale. Molto buona la colazione messicana.

La colazione a buffet può essere migliorata.

"A perfect stay in peaceful and trendy Coyoacán"

The hotel is super well located, rooms are spacious and design is just perfect. Generous coffee and tea available, and a beautiful terrace too

Reception is not always available, and some tourist and assistance could have been useful
