"Good stay, fantastic location, stairs no elevator"

Good stay, fantastic location, felt very safe. Great AC, not too much interaction with staff. There are stairs, no elevator. If that had been known I would have found elsewhere as I was with my father and this was difficult for him. The bathroom was very small and cramped. Beds were not great.

"Beautifully designed"

Beautiful, well appointed hotel in a great location.

Unfortunately, very noisy. I could hear guests in adjoining rooms walking around, talking, coming and going, showering....... It was very disturbing, some kind of sound proofing needs to be done.

Location! Coyoacan is, imo, the most pleasant district in Mexico! Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The included breakfast was not as large you would expect from the description, but still OK
