Holiday cottage BEPPU ICHIYA

位置非常好，旁邊全家便利商店和溫泉。 房屋設備與廚房設備齊全，停車位置就在住宿門口 chceck in 方便，只要線上提供資料，即可入住° 性價比算非常高。

樓下房租少一片拉門，往樓上樓梯太小太陡，上下樓梯要很小心，搬行李不方便 庭院可再提供一組室外桌椅。

Very small and cramped space, very old house too. Not comfortable at all.

とても便利な立地にあり、徒歩圏内に温泉も複数あります。一軒貸切のため、自宅のようにゆったり過ごすことができますし、ペットに対する配慮もされており、ペット同伴での別府滞在を楽しむことができました。

洗面所でも温水が使えるといいなと思いました。

I really enjoyed the space we could have in this guesthouse, compared to the much tinier hotel rooms. Also, Host Joh was very thoughtful - Muji shower amenities were provided for our use during the stay, alongside other useful gifts of welcome. The instructions for our stay were also communicated clearly, so we had no issues with checking in and out, and parking. The washing machine and dryer really helped us with our laundry load too. Overall, the space was also nicely designed - my favourite is the second level where we could chill on the very comfy couch :)

I do not dislike this part - but just a heads up - the stairs to the second level are rather steep. May not be suitable for very young children or the elderly with knee / mobility issues to climb, if they want to get to the second level.

It was the perfect place to stay. It wasn’t just a place to sleep — the amenities were so complete and thoughtfully placed that it truly felt livable. From the very first day, we could relax as if we were at home. During our stay, we even started referring to this place as “our home.” We looked forward to coming back every day. It’s close to Beppu Station and the bus terminal, and being right in the center of town made it easy to visit the hot springs and enjoy local restaurants. You can feel the host’s thoughtfulness in every corner. We’ve definitely found a place we want to stay again.

Host is very friendly, considerate and provides very detail information for check in. The house is good looking and there is a small living room on second floor. The bed is comfortable to sleep too.

It takes 10-15 mins if walk slowly but still okay if no rain.
