Batad Pension and Restaurant

Was beautiful view to rice terrace and really good food! We get as well nice guide who show around.

Location was quite far, but you can always get a helpful hand. Recommended only with backpack.

The property stand at the hill at heart of the other side of the rice terraces. The view is breathtaking

The beds smells unpleasant. There was no warm water for taking a bath. Guests must take 10-15mins walk to the property because the whole village cannot be reached by any kind of vehicle.

Beautiful view of the rice terraces and lovely hosts! We really enjoyed our 3 nights at pension, which is longer than most people tend to stay and we highly recommend the extra time to enjoy the scenery. Casey guided us to the view point and falls which we really enjoyed. Good, simple hearty food all about PHP100-300 a meal (rec the chicken kebab and curry). Simple rooms (plugs outside on terrace) , and basic wet rooms with squat toilet and hot showers (!). Really accommodating hosts, would highly recommend. Bring sturdy shoes and be ready for lots of steps!

The house dogs often barked during the night right outside the guest bedrooms - bring good earplugs! The dogs are lovely, just responding to the village dogs in the night.
