Location. Close to attractions

A bit dated. There was an old moldy mattress which was rather unpleasant.

I really liked the location. While it’s not directly next to the main attractions or food spots, everything was still within a comfortable walking distance. The night view of the river and Melaka city from the unit was lovely. I also appreciated the balcony and the convenience of free parking. The unit itself was decent—clean and comfortable enough for a one-night stay. The host was super responsive and helpful.

The air conditioning in the master bedroom wasn’t working. I informed the host, who offered to send a technician. At first, it seemed to be functioning, but when we returned from dinner, it had stopped working again. We also brought some food for breakfast, expecting to heat it up in the morning, but unfortunately, the microwave wasn’t working either.

Location on the river, facilities (gym, pool and little water park for kids), decent water filter, spacious and comfortable for a group of 7. Was able to walk to Jonker street with a pram. Easy checkin and checkout process

The shops it was located above is very sparse. Don’t rely for food options or groceries. Parking was supposed to be free but was charged 12 ringgit

Good place with good facilities & location Nice view esp night time. 1 of my fav stay in Melaka ;)

The kitchen

The airconditioner in the master bedroom was not functioning well. However the portable airconditioner helped a little.

Near to the city

1.Air cond malfunction. Only 1 out of 3 rooms has aircond.At hall, no aircond too. I saw some of comments mention about aircond issue too but seems non action taken. 2.Toilet bowl surface not fit the bowl correctly.

Clean

Water stagnant in attached bathroom. Host did not return deposit paid. Only after being reminded second day was returned.

Location were surrounded by restaurant. Nice view. Good management and detailed guidance on how to take the key. Clean house. Big room. Varieties apps on tv. You wont get bored. Aircond functioning super well with hot malacca.

U have to park at level 7 with quite narrow path. Or else you can park downstair with higher fees.
