Ask for early check in and property said that they would let us know on the day itself, if the previous guest checks out early. When I checked again on the day, they said that they would have to charge for early check in, which was not mentioned before when I asked. Toilet bowl seats were replaced with ones that were too small for the bowl. The first thing I had to do when I checked in was to make my way to the lobby of the apartment to bring the technician up to replace to toilet seats. These things should not be the "work" of the guest. And there was no apology... the next thing was parking. I had no problems entering the car park as my car number plate was registered, but had to pay for parking when exiting the building. When I checked, they claimed they gave me instructions, but gave the instructions in Malay. So I did not understand. It is sad that whilst the apartment was rather well appointed, though alittle dated, the service was not on par.

House was comfortable and well lit. Staff were prompt with replies when we needed help operating the air-conditioning. We had issues with one of the access cards and the team had it changed for us on the same day.

There was a strong sewage smell in the master bedroom toilet as the shower drain was open. It only went away after we closed the drain but then this caused issues with drainage whenever we showered. We had water up to our ankles each time we showered. We also had to wait a minimum of 30mins for all the water to drain. This was quite inconvenient and slightly off putting. The mattress in the room we were staying in was also really hard. The swimming pool was slightly unsafe. There were areas which were too slippery due to mould.

I recently stayed at this property, and overall, it was a beautiful and comfortable experience. The house was attractive, clean, and very cozy, making it a pleasant place to relax.

There was limited guidance on how to reach the house, and we ended up getting lost for nearly an hour. Additionally, the television wasn’t usable, and the bed was quite small, which affected our comfort a bit. Despite these issues, the property itself was lovely, and we enjoyed our stay. With a few improvements, this place could be perfect!

Apartment was nice with sea view, location is great -near to Cruise Jetty, all kinds of food and convenience shops and a short drive to AEON, the best mall. The pool table in the living was very useful. My family had a lot of fun.

The shore mall was pretty empty though.
