The mattress wasn't comfortable (you can feel the springs of the mattress, which makes it feel not comfortable) The location is very nice just near the river but can be very noisy with the karaoke around.

CAIt’s a good location and the food is good. Nice view too
No coffee included in the breakfast. Also the bed is insanely uncomfortable - like wake up in the middle of the night with springs digging into you bad. We’re not picky about stays but this mattress was crazy bad

IEDefinetely good value for money, lovely Homestay above vegetarian restaurant, great location, big window facing the river, very friendly staff, let us in late after long bus jouney. Good bathroom. Nice pancake breakfast on the terrace.
You can feel the springs in the mattress, could do with a mattress topper. But had a good night sleep anyway.

ILThe rooms are above a restaurant with an open space so there is a smell of food all rhe time. The mattress like not exist - you feel every spring of it. I needed to sleep on rhe duvet but still felt them. The bathroom was with mold on the windows and s ceiling.. We found ants near the fruits. The soundproofing was bad and we heard the noise from the street.
