Being very picky, the mattress could feel all the springs through. But wayyy better than a rock hard one a d most other places.

The bed was uncomfortable, you could feel every spring. Breakfast was only a choice of pancakes or eggs, no tea or coffee included.

GBWe’re both vegan and the food was great! Very handy living upstairs to the restaurant. The bathroom had hot water and the room was generally clean and there were no bugs. The staff were very friendly and helpful in booking onward travel
The bathroom could have done with a bit of a clean around the window area. You could feel springs throughout the bed’s mattress, which didn’t affect my sleep but did my wife’s
ATWe had a really good time at this Homestay! For various reasons we stayed here twice for several nights. The entire staff is very friendly, helpful, reliable and attentive. Everything is very clean. The vegetarian food in the restaurant is excellent!

GBNice location, we had a room overlooking the river which was clean & spacious with a table & 2 chairs. The staff were very helpful & friendly. Breakfast was a limited choice of eggs or pancakes, the eggs were great. Would definitely stay here again, great value for money. We booked a trip and bus tickets through Alice, that the homestay recommended & she was great.
The mattress wasn't great, you could feel the springs but it didn't stop us sleeping.
