Location. Suited our mixed party ( couple and two friends).

Minor requests, a colander would make the end cooking of vegetables easier, and a cloth for washing up ( we had tea towels), so to clean up after eating would have been easier.

"Comfortable, spacious, clean and well located stay in Exeter..would recommend."

This is a spacious, bright, clean, well equipped and well located property. One en-suite bedroom with shower and another separate bathroom with bath and shower. It is only a 2/3 minute walk from an overnight carpark. Communication regarding the stay always quick and very helpful.

Location was fine

Wasn’t as clean as expected and en-suite bathroom was ridiculous, shower didn’t drain, mastic was new / running, couldn’t really open windows at night given location and people walking past.
