The Airfield Happy Apartment

The property is finished to an extremely high standard, the photos don’t do it justice.

Because it’s located on the airfield, there was a public event there and we were woken fairly early by Fields of Gold blaring out after a late night at a friend’s wedding.

Loved the apartment,it was spacious and bright,really clean and comfortable. Fantastic sitting in the kitchen watching planes take off.

Would have loved a small icebox in the fridge or a freezer so we could store ice

Lovely accommodation. Very clean and spacious. Would highly recommend. Bed was huge and so comfy ... didn't want to get out of it! 😁

The apartment is simply superb. Spotlessly clean, quality furniture, fixtures and fittings and in a great location. Highly recommended.

There is nothing to dislike about this property. It is great value and is bigger and better than many hotels I have stayed in.

The apartment was in a quiet location which suited us.

The apartment is huge, bed is very comfy and I guess king or super king size:) I loved the work station and that the flat is very airy and light because of the windows. I loved the big walk-in shower, too and immaculate cleanliness everywhere. Colours of the apartment is greyish but in a good taste, the whole flat is stylish and luxury.

The kettle was lime scaled and the limescale filter was missing from there. Also, the beautiful wall clock ran out from battery. I used to travel with cool packs in my lunchbox, but I didn't find freezer-part in the fridge to freeze them back, and in this case I wasn't able to make ice-cubes either, or store some frozen food. It means I wouldn't stay longer than only one night, no matter how pretty is the apartment. Also, as the apartment is above a cafe which opens 8.30 daily, after this time the loud music from the cafe made my stay uncomfortable. I was already up and ready to go but what if someone would like to sleep longer?
