Casa Galliera Bologna Centro

perfect located in the heart of Bologna-City, just a few steps from Via dell´Indipendenza a popular shopping-mile. The appartement is situated in 3rd floor with lift and very well equipped. We loved the cozy kitchen with a small balcony into backyard.

- Great location, close to the train station and city center. - Very big apartment with everything you need - Very kind and helpful host - The heating was working fine

- The master bedroom faced the street where there is a pub with very noisy people and the windows are not sound proof at all.

The apartment was in a great location; 10 minutes from main square. Lots of restaurants nearby too. Parking great and good security. Lift was useful. Beds were comfy. Bathrooms were good.

A kettle would have been good.

Maria and Stefano were great hosts. They met us at the property and both were very friendly and helpful. They suggested places to visit and restaurants to eat, which was especially helpful due to various dietary requirements for us. We kept in touch with Maria before and during the stay and she was always quick to respond. The apartment itself was big (more than the pictures) and beautifully decorated. The location was great as we were just over 5 minutes walk from the train station and about 10/15 minutes from the Piazza Maggiore. Host Maria was extremely friendly and helpful. The property was at the centre of town but had parking in its own courtyard which was amazing. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. When we had an issue with the electricity trip switch very late into the night, Maria was very quick to respond and resolve it for us. Very grateful for that. Since it is right in the centre of town, you can walk everywhere and see all the historical places.

It was noisy at night. The air conditioners and the dishwasher could not be run at the same time and the trip goes if you did that. Once you know that then you work around it.

Maria and Stefano were amazing hosts. Genuinely warm and welcoming and gave us valuable tips of what to do in Bologna. The apartment is. Wry spacious and comfortable and within easy walking distance of all major landmarks in the city center. Would definitely recommend staying here.

this is a superb apartment! we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will return again very very soon. the hosts were so hospitable, the apartment is so well equip and it's only few mins from the main piazza etc. the only thing I would say is there are quite a few different keys to access the property, from the lift keys, to the main door key to the apartment key.
