Excellent location, super nearby parking, and lots of lovely little ‘extras’.

Great location Modern apartment very clean lots of nice wee touches like water bread and milk and wine left for you. Access to games. Shower excellent.

Beautiful property in Kendal and everything about it was fantastic. The owner helped us with our luggage and was very courteous and welcoming. The fridge was stocked with milk, bread, butter and bottled water.

Our room was on the 3rd floor and it was a challenge to get up after a long day of hiking but honestly I’m just being picky, it’s a lovely place and I’m looking forward to booking again in the future.

We arrived at 2230 rather than 1930 as planned. Lee waited around and was polite and helpful. A safe, quier and excellent location.

What a lovely modern property, beautifully finished. Amazing location and such nice views! So kind providing Tea, coffee, milk, bread, cereals and more so as we arrived we could hit the ground running and have a brew immediately! Lee was great and very helpful with recommending a great curry house and some places of interest.

The quilt was perfect for me but a bit to thick and heavy for my husband - however we have the same disagreement at home :-)

A really stunning and luxurious apartment over 2 floors. Wonderful, trendy decor and some lovely quirky stairs and sky lights, a fabulous spa bath in a cosy little loft space. Great views. Super spotless and clean.

Well equipped apartment with lots of electronics. Located centrally to places to shop & eat. Great views and easy access to walk to river & castle. Easy point to set off for day trips in Lake District. The parking pass was a real bonus. Nice bathroom facilities. Owner very helpful - met us on arrival.

No mention of large # of stairs to access apartment in ad. No seating for 4 people - awkward for eat-in meal. Lights in bedroom annoying and no instructions to turn off. Bedding very overly warm for temps and no lighter option. Beds are quite small. Do away with 1 bedside table and put in queens.

Fantastic apartment in the centre of Kendal. The property was immaculate. Two great sized bedrooms with very comfy beds. Kitchen had everything you need and a quirky upstairs area. The hosts were wonderful. Made us feel very welcome and supplied bread, milk, soft drinks etc.

The jacuzzi in the living room is a weird addition…it didn’t get used by us but may appeal to others.

This apartment is absolutely stunning. The finishing touches are second to none! The apartment has everything you could possibly need. Staff were very lovely and attentive also. Would highly recommend this property to anyone. It’s right in the city centre of Kendal and just a 20 minute drive to Windermere so very easy to get around to other places.

There wasn’t anything we found that we didn’t like.

Fabulous apartment with very much a grown ups feel about it. Furnishings were top level throughout and being a full apartment, you have all home amenities there, including fully working kitchen/oven/microwave, breakfast bar etc. Lee was also fantastic in meeting us and showing us round, as well as giving advice of some great places to eat.
