Lee was super helpful and kind, always quick to answer calls and even came to pick us up from the train station. The property itself was super great- would definitely book again if I ever visit Kendal again!

Nothing I didn't like - although we had no real use for the jacuzzi - others no doubt will do, though

Lee was a fantastic host - he got in touch before we arrived and was there to direct us to a parking space when we got there. He was very accommodating to our needs and he had made sure there were lots of lovely little extra touches in the apartment such as bread and milk. The whole place was well-decorated, very clean and comfortable and well-maintained. The living room was a great area to chill out in at night and the bathroom was modern and fitted with a great double shower. We would definitely look to stay again if we visited the Lakes in future.

We stayed in the penthouse apartment. Beautifully appointed, very clean, modern features. Huge TVs in all rooms with largest choice of media to view. The owner was very generous with providing essentials in the kitchen and fridge, bathrobes and slippers. The bonus jacuzzi bath upstairs was an absolute hit with the whole family! Car parking permit was provided that also allowed for free parking around other locations around the lakes. Great location for Kendal and as a base to head to the lakes as we did. Lovely place and we would love to return here for future trips to the lakes.

Be ready to work your thighs for the stairs as there’s no lift, but wasn’t a problem for us..
