Breakfast was left for us in apartments and we had top 2 apartments and had a brilliant weekend away celebrating birthdays 🎂

Great location and the best bed I have ever slept in!

Great location in central Kendal. Very friendly and accommodative owner. All new and very nice appliances and interior.

Three long flights of steps to reach the apartment. People with physical challenges will struggle getting luggage up the stairs.

Very modern , great location. Was a treat after a long hike to relax in the jacuzzi bath. Very hospitable and nice little touches to welcome you. Great value .

This apartment was exceptional. The owner was friendly, helpful and left lots of little touches that made this stay amazing. The jet bath on a mezzanine accessed by a spiral staircase was just so unique. So glad we found this apartment. You will be too!😊

The apartment is centrally located in Kendal Town, and only a 20-minute drive to Bowness on Windermere. Conveniently, there's an Iceland supermarket next door and a Tesco Express nearby. Each room had a large TV offering countless channels and the latest movies. Guests arriving by car get a parking on-site and enjoy free parking in selected Lake District locations thanks to the host's provided parking access. The apartment is stocked with welcome groceries, coffee machine, kitchen essentials, and board games, ensuring a comfortable stay. The host's thoughtful touches extend to Kendal souvenirs and helpful Kendal hiking tips / notes. The penthouse even offers a Jacuzzi and Xbox for entertainment. The apartment was very clean and so welcoming. Mr. Lee (The host) was very kind and helpful. Though the apartment did not have air conditioning the rooms were cool, and fans were provided. we stayed here for 2 nights.

The bedrooms were compact, and the bedroom TV's felt oversized for these small rooms. The apartment had no air conditioning. The absence of an elevator required navigating multiple winding stairs, which could be inconvenient for those with heavy luggage or elderly companions

Very nice apartment in a great location in the centre of Kendal. Parking was great and many items provided free of charge (bread, milk, butter, drinks etc) which was a lovely touch and very handy.

Customer service: Lee was in contact in the lead up to the stay and greeted us with a parking permit (saved us £21 for the 3 days that a local car park would have charged )and helped us with our baggage up to the 2nd floor followed by a tour around the apartment Apartment: Well styled, decorated and facilities to provide an enjoyable stay, in a central location along the main high street. Recommended!
