The Arches Apartments Kendal

Lee was really helpful! He even help to put our luggage to our room and Room and Jacuzzi in penthouse was amazing.

The location of the property was on an alleyway off the high street . Ideal for all bars , restaurants and shops . Free car park permit for duration of our stay

We could not find anything to complain about because everything from location , fixtures and fittings and complimentary goodies were exemplary

Lee was very accommodating. To find bread and milk etc in the fridge was such a lovely welcome. We didn't even have to go out and buy provisions for breakfast. A beautifully decorated apartment with comfortable sofa and beds is a real bonus. The property is perfectly located for shops, restaurants, trains and our workshop. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay and will definitely go back to Kendal and stay at these apartments again.

Exceptional stay. We (2 adults and 2 children) stayed in the Residence and it was immaculately decorated and clean. Great communication from the host with welcome drinks and food. Perfectly placed with parking and in the centre of Kendal. Highly recommended and looking forward to staying again in the future. 5 gold stars!

The Residence is well located in the centre of Kendal. Everything is in easy walking distance and the car parking outside was convenient. The parking permit allowed us to part in lots of locations around the area, which was also useful. Lee met me on arrival, and was very accommodating of an unexpected change of arrival time to much later in the evening. All the little extras in the apartment were very welcome when I arrived late in the evening. The layout was brilliant and everything was well thought out and considered.
