The location was a little further than most spots, although this is advertised and what makes the property lovely and quiet! We just had some very hot walks up the hill in the middle of the day! Which made us even more grateful for the pool!
GBA beautiful place to stay. The villas are very well designed and feel like a private oasis, each with its own plunge pool which was perfect for cooling off and relaxing. The bedroom was very comfortable with a huge bed, air conditioning and a ceiling fan, making it pleasant even in the heat. There was plenty of storage for clothes and suitcases, along with a small kitchenette and a hanging line outside which was useful for drying swimwear. The outdoor shower was also a great touch. The landscaping is lovely and the whole space feels calm and private. The night sky was especially impressive with so many visible stars. Alex was a fantastic host, always quick to reply and help with anything we needed. The location is peaceful and slightly removed from the busier areas, which we really liked as it made the stay feel quieter and more relaxing.
Lovely outdoor area but slightly worn, with visible cracks and marks around the pool and walls. The seating cushion was quite yellowed so we didn’t use it. There were also a number of ants around the seating area, there was a nearby nest in our outdoor area. Frequent debris in the plunge pool meant we were net cleaning it every half hour as leaves and insects (especially ants) collected quickly. Would benefit from stronger filtration. Housekeeping was inconsistent. Despite using the “please service” sign, our room wasn’t cleaned on one occasion. Located up a very steep unpaved road. Quiet and peaceful, but challenging to walk back in the heat. No full length mirror.
ESNuestra estancia fue fantástica. Las villas nos encantaron: todo estaba muy limpio y cuidado, y además limpiaban la villa a diario, lo cual se agradece mucho. La cocina estaba perfectamente equipada y tenía todo lo necesario. El dueño fue encantador. El primer día vino a recibirnos personalmente y a explicarnos todo sobre la villa, y además nos ayudó a gestionar la reserva de una moto, lo cual fue de gran ayuda durante nuestra estancia. En general, fue un acierto total alojarnos aquí. Es un lugar muy recomendable y nosotros ya estamos deseando volver.
BEGreat place, is exactly as advertised. Quiet, calm and great privacy. Little piece of paradise within walking distance of the beach and restaurants. Great and very attentive host. Stayed an extra night because it was simply the best place we stayed at in Mexico.

ESEl alojamiento perfecto, es un oasis de tranquilidad en Zicatela. El personal un 10, nos trataron genial. La villa súper completa con todo lo necesario y con un diseño precioso. Aunque parece alejado, en 5 minutos andando estás en la carretera principal (200) desde la que te desplazas a todas partes.

MXLa propiedad es un oasis, honestamente hospedarse en Brisas de Zicatela o Zicatela llega a ser muy incomodo por el ruido, casi ninguna propiedad se salva de eso así que escogimos estas villas por la ubicación y dormimos como no habíamos podido en mucho tiempo, no hay un solo ruido en la noche y la cama es sumamente comoda, los blancos son de muy buena calidad y permiten un descanso perfecto. El cuarto cuenta con aire y ventilador y pudimos dormir sin aire, incluso le bajamos un nivel al ventilador ya que enfría muy bien durante la noche. La alberca de la villa es mas grande de lo que parece en fotos y tienes mucho espacio para disfrutar la terraza, la villa tiene cafetera y frigo bar así que ya sea con un café al lado de la alberca en la mañana o bebidas frías, la verdad ni quieres salir de ahí. La regadera es exterior y con el calor de Puerto Escondido es muy agradable. Tanto Alex como Tere son extraordinarios y nos trataron de maravilla. Sin duda es bueno llevar auto o moto o en todo caso tener el contacto de un taxista porque no se encuentra en el centro de Brisas pero tampoco es algo retirado. En resumen, toda la villa está organizada y diseñada perfectamente, no le encuentro un solo punto en contra. Si buscan un lugar perfecto para una escapada en pareja, es aquí.

SEIt felt very private and the host took care of us in an amazing way! The bed was comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed, included a nice coffee machine. Quiet during the nights. Very clean and overall fresh, new and nicely made villa.
The pool was pretty cold and we would appreciate sunchairs that could be moved around to get the sun (the architecture outside was very nice but it was in shadow large parts of the day). There was a construction work next door, it was noisy but it wasn’t too bad (and it is like this everywhere in Punta).
