Beautiful stylish accommodation. Loved the espresso machine with coffee supplied, as well as fresh drinking water.Beach bag with towels are a nice touch.Location close to the beach but just far enough from the main areas.

Unfortunately on arrival we were met with construction workers looking down into our " private " pool and shower area. Extremely noisy from construction and music. Our host Alex tried to mitigate the problem, installing a tarp and requesting the music be turned down. We did decide to stay as there were no comparable properties available. We were compensated and moved to another suite when it was available. Unfortunate timing for us, suggest inquiring which suite you are booking. We absolutely loved the suite we were moved to on our last night.

The location couldn’t have been better ideally situated in Brisas de Zicatela, close to all the cool restaurants and cafés, and only about a 10-minute walk to the beach. It made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. The host was absolutely amazing very responsive, helpful, and always quick to answer any questions we had. He made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Puerto Escondido!

The place itself was super clean and very comfortable. You can tell a lot of care goes into maintaining. The daily cleaning service was such a big plus and made our stay even more relaxing.

Incredible place with stunning design - perfectly clean, well organized, and incredibly comfortable. Alex is truly one of the best hosts you could imagine: super welcoming, reliable, attentive, and thoughtful in every detail. The location is great - quiet & private but still close walking distance (10-15 min) to beach, restaurants and bars.

Beautiful private villa located walking distance to everything you might need in La Punta area of Puerto Escondido. The villa is equipped with a comfy bed, a small private pool, an outdoor shower where you can see the stars at night from, a small kitchenette to cook / store your takeout and beverages in the small fridge. The place was decorated super lovely and simple which gave it an elevated look. They provide beach tools and even a little tote to carry them around along with indoor towels for your body and face. Everything was perfect! We asked to drop off our bags early since we checked in on New Year’s Eve and they were very kind to let us. The space was pristine with lots of jungle plants and natural elements which made it feel cozy and like an escape from the hustle & bustle. The internet was also really strong and reliable which is hard to find sometimes.

Everything was perfect but just note that some of the roads around that area are unpaved so bring good walking shoes and highly recommend renting a quad to get around the bumps / hills (vs a regular motorcycle or dirt bike).

The villa has been designed exceptionally well. The living area was spacious and comfortable and the bed was huge. Cooling down in the outdoor private pool after a long day in the sun, looking up at the coconut palms and listening to the tropical birds made relaxing very easy. The water and coffee were refilled daily and the kitchen area was perfect for making light meals. The villa is a short walk from the main beaches in the area and not far from the highway where there are also shops and places to eat. The host Alex is super helpful and his staff are doing a great job.

There were no bedside tables just a small alcove big enough to charge a phone. My wife suggested that a full length mirror would make a slight improvement.
