Everything. The owner was kind and very helpful, the facilites were great, we had a great television and the bathroom had led lights with Bluetooth to play music, which we loved. The area is very peaceful and the beach is very near. To get to the area with more restaurants, the walk is about 15minutes, which is great. We were also offered a lovely breakfast for both of our mornings there.

Great location!! Few minutes to the beach, to the city centre, shops, gelato and restaurants! Great true italian atmosphere!

Missing aircondition. But a good fan on the ceilings. And for this price good value for money.

I recommend ! The hotel is clean and well maintained and the owner was very nice and helpful ! We also got from him cards for a delicious breakfast in a nearby cafe.If someone goes to Ostia it is only to this place and this owner

Good location. While it did not have air conditioning ... clear in description... it did have modern ceiling fans with blades that didnt show! Good views from the windows. Also while no en-suite ... again clear ... it had 2 great bathrooms for just 4 appartments. Nearby restraunts and bars full of locals which is a nice change.

Everything was good, Eugenio is a very caring owner/manager, helped us around with locating stores, recommended restaurants, met us at Ciampino airport late at night

One of the showers was clogged, no A/C (we didn't need it as it was not hot on my stay) and IDK if it's normal but garbage collection after midnight is crazy (doesn't have to do anything with Sensorial Home though but more about location?)

Property exactly the same like on photos, very clean, host very responsive if you ask something, close to the beach and to train station to get to Rome. Very recommended

Good living conditions, very clean. The kitchen and bathrooms are modernly equipped. There are many cafes and shops nearby, and the beach is close. The host, Eugenio, is very kind. He made us delicious coffee and told us about the city. After check-out, he drove us to the airport and told us about the city's attractions along the way. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay!

It was very comfortable and peaceful. Just a few minutes away from the beach. Recommend! ☺️
