"Good quality close to the beach."

The beach is closer than 150 meters. It was clean. The wifi was very good signal in every rooms. The owner lift us in 04:00 at the Airport,

3 separate rooms with 2 separate bathrooms + bide. The neighbours was not very considerate with the noises.

"Perfect and cozy Italian stay"

We had tasty traditional Italian breakfast (cappuccino e Cornetto ) in the local Cafe around the corner. Perfect clean room, a common full kitchen available. Beach and the train station to Rome in the proximity.

"Exceptional"

🥰Great place to relax. Very comfortable rooms, comfortable bed. There is a kitchen that has everything you need, dishes, refrigerator, dining room, two bathrooms, everything is very clean and tidy. Very nice and accommodating hosts. We had breakfast included in a cute cafe with delicious cappuccino and pastries, the room is close to the free beach, walk 5 minutes. We recommend this place wholeheartedly!😍👍
