Really lovely apartment, great location

Good location.

Sleeping: - single mattress unusable on night one due to broken springs - double bed mattress dips in the middle so not suitable for two adults - plastic flat pillows Safety: - rubber in toaster led to rubber burning smell filling the apartment and could have been very dangerous if we had not found it Communication: Initially the host appeared responsive to our issues but has failed to respond to emails, messages and a direct complaint from Booking.com Agreed a check out time but this was communicated to the cleaner who kicked us out early. Overall property: There was red paint all over front of building, stairs, door, carpets and car park all resulted in a poor quality standard of stay for the family.

My only criticism would be that a more comfortable sofa would have made this apartment truly exceptional

The apartment has just been furnished, everything is new and clean. It's nicely decorated and quite spacious as well. Heating was great, shower was hot, communication with the host was excellent. The location is very convenient with Tesco and Sainsburys and some restaurants just downstairs, very close to bus stops as well, you can take buses to the town centre and return.

There is no lift from the ground floor to the second floor and a short walking distance from the car park to the apartment, not a big issue for us but for someone who has mobility issue this could be a problem. Also the room is not quiet but this is what you would expect from a town centre location. Overall the apartment was great we will definitely stay again next time.

It was a neat apartment

Building had paint thrown of it looked from the outside like it was used for homeless front main entrance door was not locked at all and it was to sleep 5 fifth bed was a lounge with a bar right through the middle very uncomfortable!
