Kiwi Tree Serviced Apartment

Location amazing.

The flat was very clean and well equipped. Useful to have the parking for the city and a very easy walk to get in.

The flat could use some TLC, with broken windows, flooring etc and very uncomfortable furniture.

Fantastic location, right next to Cambridge Leisure (IMAX, Nandos, Wagamama), a Tesco and Sainsburys. Very close to the train station, bus stop just outside to get in and around the city. Free parking was great too.

It gets very hot, it’s an apartment so is surrounded by other properties in every direction so might time can be difficult to fall asleep. Windows are big so it feels unsafe to keep them open at night.

Very clean and spacious

The windows could use a bit of WD40 :-)

Clean and largely comfortable (aside from the sofa bed).

Owner did not explain where the keys were stored and was uncontactable for about 30 mins. Arrival instructions should be improved. Somewhat noisy at night.

It was exceptionally clean and had very good quality furnishings
