The staff are good. The security guard made us feel safe. The staff were ready to respond to our requests as soon as they can.

I believed I saw in bold prints that BREAKFAST IS PROVIDED even last hours when I checked. It wasn't. I was pretty disappointed. I would have never booked this place if it wasn't even mentioned that we can have breakfast free or at a given price. I contacted the owner. They responded promptly. Booking .com also responded negatively

I loved the quiet location and the room's amenities. I also think the host is very intentional in what she included in the room and made sure that drinking water was available for guests upon check in. That was a big plus side for us especially travelling with a toddler who still drinks formula milk.

Getting to Crosswinds we had to pass through a narrow winding road which was for two way traffic. This was the major downside for us but obviously the host has no control over this. We also experienced a slight electrical issue when the power went out for a couple of minutes. We think the circuits tripped. We sought help from the security personnel and it was resolved.

Wifi wasnt working, there wasnt anyone who could assist immediately and had to wait for long.

Great location! Very relaxing and feels like home away from home.

The WIFI connection was intermittent. Not ideal for those working remotely.
