Newer towels please. Better lighting in the bathroom please (you can do this by simply changing to LED panel lights). The shower faucet couldn't stay on for the phone shower handle. This must be serviced or replaced. The stairs light was either broken or not working. Elevator was broken during a brownout at night and we had to use the stairs without any lights. Not good since the stairs are dark brown. Definitely the driveway drop off is extremely inconvenient since our van could not maneuver and therefore had to back up all the way to the end of the street. Furthermore, no canopy to protect guests from the rain to go to and from their vehicle.

i like the ambiance of the location. the unit is spacious with complete amenities.

a little bit hard to find coz only few landmarks. waze also lead us to a back door road entrance (a very narrow road) towards crosswind tower 3.

Had a great staycation with family. Picturesque pine tree forest view from the veranda. Hotel staff are helpful and courteous. The kids enjoyed the pool area.

Entire unit was clean, spacious and wheelchair friendly. There were 4 pillows for every bed. Good quality kitchen, cooking n dining facilities, free drinking water, the view from the terrace and the location of the accommodation facility which was relaxing, safe, serene and has a European like feel. Cool weather, too. Highly recommended. We’ll stay again.

No breakfast. Location was excellent. Close to nature, fresh air, quiet, instructions provided by the host was very informative and easy to follow.

The host should have updated the list of facilities. They did not include internet/wifi in their facilities. We had to do some work in a cafe outside of the facility. Other than that issue, the room was great.

The view outside in the balcony was breathtaking and beautiful. A lot of sunlight would come into the room, which was lovely. The accommodation itself is simple but very neat; it was completely furnished with a dining table and appliances such as a fridge, a microwave, and a stove. There was filtered water provided as well as toilet paper, soap, bath towels, kitchenware, and toiletries for a party of four. The beds were comfortable and there were four pillows per bed. There was a large smart television. The place was clean and adequate for a short stay.

The trash bins were small and there were no trash bags available, at least none that we could find. But this did not impact our experience very much.

The smart TV cause we were able to key in our accounts to watch our shows, The size of the room is ok, as well as the air-conditioning unit. The beds and pillows are ok too. over all, the inside of the room is great.

However, the noise outside is unbearable. We were billeted at room 1H where we could hear everyone going in and out of the building. We could hear the doors banging early in the morning and the people at the foyer hanging out having a good time while we try to maffle out the outside noise in the evening. The front area of tower 3 is also under construction so you know what it entails since we are so near the entrance. We would not have minded the expensive food around the area had it not for the lack of staff to take your order and clean the tables. Also, the taste of the food at the windmill is not commensurate to its price. There are cats also eating the left over food of the customers on top of the table.
