"Super short break."

The location was 8 minutes drive from beautiful Joss Bay. Local shops were a short drive away. Set in a nice quite location.

I don't really have anything negative to say. If I wanted to be a 'Karen' I would have liked some sugar along with the tea and coffee and the bed was slightly uncomfortable. But honestly a really great stay, no real complaints

"Disapointment"

The bed was stained, no information on bus times, pubs, restaurants. Absolutly nothing. No mat in the bath, one of us fell trying to get out. No handle by front door to. Help get up large step. We actually left a day early.

All the above, very little to like

"Nice little property & good location"

The hot tub, of course. The accommodation had all things needed including towels, Wi-Fi, kitchen utensils & washing up bits

May need a lick of paint & some cleanliness around the property

"Great stay. Lovely place just needing a little TLC."

Good location and easy to find. Well equipped and the host was very responsive and helpful. The hot tub was great. Overall we had a very enjoyable Christmas break and the tree and Christmas cushions were a lovely touch. Thank you.

The only complaints were around the cleanliness/tidiness of the property. We took cleaning equipment so gave the place including the crockery and cutlery a good clean (Eg: bogeys on the wall of the bathroom, the floors weren't washed and the bin in the batroom hadn't been emptied.) The walls in the bathroom were in particularly poor condition with paint flaking and heavy damp patches.

Such a lovely stay at this home. They went the extra mile to have a christmas tree up for our festive weekend away, my kids loved this! Biscuits, washing up liquid, tea towels, tea, coffee, ect made the stay so much easier not having to bring all them things. Beds were very comfy and the hot tub was a fabulous size. Thanks for much for a lovely stay!

The host was very responsive, the hot tub was amazing and ready to use on arrival, the house was beautifully clean and well looked after

The house was a little chilly when we first arrived (November) but didn't take long to warm up.
