"Bad"

Bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty and there was a heavy smoking smell in the room though it was a no smoking room . Also cockroaches everywhere.

Was not clean. Bedsheets not replaced , floor not moped. Bathroom not cleaned and towel was not dry .Not sure about towel was it used so not dry or was not dry ...
