"We didn’t stay here at all our check in was denied"

You booking.com and this Hotel Collection O Pioneer cheated me, my booking was confirmed. Upon arrival checkin the property owner told me that he has no connections with Booking.com and all rooms were already sold out. I am writing continuously emails and calling customer care till date no response. You frauds cheating customers online

Room was not provided to me inspite of my booking. They asked me to pay extra. I agreed to it. Inspite of this they took out my luggage and allocated it to some one else charging exorbitantly. I had a very bad experience.

Plz don't add such hotels to your list, one of the worst experiences with this hotel. He was not even providing toiletry which is needed by any person staying at the hotel.

Attitude was the worst reddish face for men.
