Downtown Beachfront Isla Verde Tropical Apartment

Location is great close to everything walking. The view on the balcony is the best feature. Super comfortable and clean apartment. The host was great too.

Apartment was very clean but smelled like cleaning chemicals. Close to many restaurants and brach. Good security and close to higways.

Kitchen is extremely old and small. Including pealing cabinets, coffee machine stopped working adter three days. Dishes, pots, pans and utensils are also old, food sticks to the pans regardless of how much grease or butter you use and very limited quantities (3 sts of utensils). Only the tv in the main bedroom worked. The otgerctwo did not turn on. No beach chairs for use at beach. Humidity build up due to balcony door closing issues makes floors wet and slippery.

The apartment had no running water, we had to get up and move to a whole other complex because the owner didn’t know how to fix it. The cleaning was mid in both apartments we arrived at, the second one even had a used wine glass and dirty fridge. Ants were seen around the apartment. One of the rooms has no AC of this listed apartment has no AC.

The location is good because everything is close by.

The bed in the main bedroom makes a lot of noise when you barely turn. It squeaks terribly, the other person staying in the tiny bedroom will hear even your breathing. The two rooms are separated by a fancy lattice opening at the top so there's no privacy if someone else is staying in the 2nd tiny bedroom. They'll hear you even if you whisper You may get sick from the dusty ceiling fan, the AC vent that needs to be replaced, and the dusty closet doors. Also, there are lots of tiny ants.

The host was great! I loved being able to see the beach from the balcony, I could sit out there for hours. Would definitely book again. :)

Dim lighting in hallways leading to condo. There are 4 beds however only 2 full and 2 twin beds. From photos I thought that there would be 2 full size beds in master bedroom. But the beds were super comfy so no issues with that. Just fyi for those with larger groups.

Excelente localización, facilidades muy limpias y en buen estado, el parking cómodo y seguro, de fácil acceso. Tienen muy buena seguridad y protocolos que no permiten entrar a cualquiera. El apartamento cómodo, muy limpio, bien equipado, no nos hizo falta nada. Está al cruzar la calle de una farmacia que vende de todo y muchos lugares de comer muy cerca. Nos encantó que tiene acceso directo a la playa.
