We were a group that had already arrived in Madeira when we were suddenly told that if we didn’t pay an extra fee on the spot (even though nothing about this was mentioned on Booking), we wouldn’t be allowed to check in. They said it was a mistake, but I don’t think guests should have to pay for the property’s error. After some discussion, they reduced the extra charge from €1000 to €500, and then we were finally allowed to check in. Apart from that, everything else during our stay was quite good.

Superbe appartement avec une vue a couper le souffle, une cuisine très fonctionnelle, deux SDB bien pratiques et tous les équipements nécessaires. Literie très confortable
