bed was comfortable, the place was clean.

Many problems in the apartment, stained broken couch, broken door lock in one of the rooms, missing air vent in the bathroom with a towel stuffed in it. Given all of these problems the 7 day hold on a deposit that cost more then the rental seemed especially irritating.

Ponto alto é a localização, em frente à estação de Campanhã. Ganhamos um vinho de cortesia e outras amenidades. Cozinha ok, com chaleira elétrica. Fiel às imagens e descrições. Tivemos facilidade em comunicar com os anfitriões. Ao final, podemos concluir que tivemos uma estadia muito boa.

A caução de 250 euros, que foi estornado alguns dias depois do final da estadia, embora estivesse previsto na descrição. O chuveiro espirrava no registro quando estava aberto. A cama de casal um pouco estreita. Nada que tivesse atrapalhado.

Was a bit run down, only one wine glass, no coffee supplied.

The apartment was clean and did not hear any street noise. The location across from the train station was good because we could get taxis easily and get to the train easily when we left.

We were told it was on the ground floor. that was not the case. in fact it was several flights of steps up to the apartment. We are in our 70's of age and it was very difficult with our luggage. When we were called and told our original reservation could not be honored, but an apartment was still available. We said ok, but were not told it was up several flights of stairs. Very unhappy about that.

* Located near coffee snack bars, opposite bus and train station * Quiet in the evenings and secure * Clean * Complimentary Btl of Wine of the Region on arrival a nice touch.

* Easy to find location, but with no visible signage, foreign guests need to lookout for a small number 8 by security gate entrance between two snack bars * I stayed for 6 nights, would have been useful if there was a washing machine/ drier in apartement.

Da falta de instruções completas para a abertura da porta do apartamento, tivemos de ir buscar as chaves ao cofre. Da falta de comunicação, tentámos várias vezes ligar para o número indicado, mas ninguém atendeu. O sofá não está nas melhores condições e impossibilita uma boa noite de sono.
