Great location - just opposite the train station. Easy access by bus / metro as well Supermarket and lots of restaurants around Clean room and bathroom All the kitchen items are clean and amenities provided are in good conditions and as advertised Would recommend for short / long term stay

The apartment i got is on the 4th floor and there are no lift. The sunlight would get into the apartment in the morning as there are gaps Would hear a bit of traffic sound from the street since its facing the main road

L'espace dans le logement, le confort du lit, les équipements de la cuisine ; les codes pour entrer sortir et la boite à clé. La proximité du métro, du café, de la boulangerie.

La sonorisation, les portes extérieures claquent, ou restent ouvertes. Le bruit des autres locataires la nuit , un panneau rappelant le silence quand on rentre tard serait bienvenu. La fuite dans la douche (porte vitrée). Le mélangeur ne fonctionne pas soit c'est froid soit on se brûle. Le robinet de la douche est bouillant côté gauche, attention quand on pose le bras dessus. La porte qui cache la chaudière est dangereuse, elle dépasse de 20 cm de l'alignement des placards avec un angle bien pointu. ça fait bien mal à la tête quand on se déplace vers le frigo. La propreté du canapé, un bon coup d'aspirateur serait apprécié

Zuallererst… Bucht das nicht!!!!! Nicht Familienfreundlich! Zumindest nicht Wohnung H in der wir waren. Haben für 5 Nächte gebucht. Gleich nach der ersten Nacht das Appartement wieder verlassen. Flucht artig! Die Bilder geben nicht zwingend das wieder was hier verkauft wird. Gardinen aus den Verankerungen. Pfannen waren völlig unbrauchbar und zerkratzt. Wann kapieren die Leute endlich das Teflon empfindlich ist. Ja sogar schädlich. Gerade wenn das Kochgeschirr so aussieht. Die Couch ist völlig runter gerockt und nicht gerade bequem. Darauf schlafen? Würde ich abraten. Nach nicht einmal 5 min Aufenthalt hatte ich schon den Türgriff vom Schlafzimmer in der Hand. Es wird und wurde immer wieder betont das Reinigungspersonal vor Ort ist und sauber macht. Hmm… Alles klar! An der Wand in der Dusche. Ein merkwürdig riesiger Fleck von Kleberückstände. Die Fugen zur Wand hin sind Sammelbecken für alles mögliche. Das schlimmste! Im Schlafzimmer richt es modrig und nach altem Keller. Findet sich hier in den Kommentaren wieder. Schau mal weiter unten. Es gibt keine Putzutensilien. Steht’s wird auf Personal verwiesen. Es gibt 100% besseres als das. Kulanz? Fehlanzeige! Knapp 500€ verbrannt für nix. Geht da nicht hin! Bucht was anderes. Das hier ist nicht zu empfehlen!

The location is good.

I reserved Apartment K for four nights. When I arrived, I couldn’t check in because they hadn’t sent me the correct link to pay the deposit. It took about 45 minutes until they finally sent a working one. The lock was broken, and the property management told me they hadn’t managed to fix it yet. I also noticed a leak or humidity problem upon arrival, and I couldn’t believe they would rent out an apartment in that condition. Every night, I heard water dripping — at first, I thought it was a loose shower, but on the fourth day, I realized the water was actually coming from the ceiling. It was dripping around the toilet, forming a small puddle. I contacted the company, and they said they were aware of the problem, probably caused by something upstairs. I asked them why they hadn’t informed me about it before my arrival, but they never answered. I’m very disappointed that they rented out a damaged apartment like this — now I understand why it also smelled strange. I followed up again, but they still didn’t reply to my last message.

كان هناك مبلغ رهن مالي لم أري إنا كان مشار إليه في سياسات المكان حوالي 250 يورو وتم إرجاع المبلغ بعد تلات أسابيع من المغادرة بعد الاتصال بالمكتب

Óptima localização, apartamento espaçoso com muita luz natural, limpo e confortável. A comunicação com a gestão foi fácil e prática. Recomendo !!
