Modern spacious Belfast city stay free parking

The location was fantastic and the apartment was very comfortable. Our hosts were very communicative and pleasant. They wanted to ensure that we were enjoying the city and we're available for any questions we had. Parking was also very easy at our location.

The appartment is very nice and it was very easy to contac Colm. Colm also gave us some recommendations for our trip. I would book this appartment again.

Great location

Apartment was extremely comfortable myself and my two teenage daughters stayed for 2 nights to attend the Noah Kahan concert and it was the perfect place and location for us. Check in and out was so easy as Colm the owner had supplied clear easy instructions for us and was on hand throughout our stay if we had any questions and gave us great tips and advice and that pizza place you recommended Colm was delicious 10/10 😋

There was nothing we didn’t like the place was lovely and quiet at night my only recommendation would be some way of being able to cover the skylights in the bedroom so it’s not so bright first thing in the morning but in saying that when it’s a short stay didn’t bother me. Colm thank you so much for everything you couldn’t have done anymore for us honestly.

its near City Centre and good location

Property was walkable from centre of town! Bathroom was clean, but towels had damp smell. Owner is very friendly and attentive, when pointed out issues was very polite and offered help. Owner was very helpful pointing out places to go. Overall apartment is nice just needs bits sorted. Can’t fault owner and some of the apartment is nice! Very open and has potential to be a lovely apartment 😃

When arriving at the property there were two dump containers outside. While entering the building there was a funny smell in corridor. The apartment was okay but definitely has improvement needed. Ceiling in bedroom is covered in mold which has made the apartment smell of wet dog. Outdoor bath is filled with birds feather and bird poo, which isn’t owners fault due to it being an open roof above. Beds were covered in stains which wasn’t the best, although rest of apartment is clean and tidy. Apartment is very modern and airy, just needs a few improvements! Overall we enjoyed our time in Belfast but just wanted to give some support to owner of what needs improvement 😀

It was extremely close to the train station and right on all of the bus lines

Some of the nearby businesses and buildings were a bit unkept but the area was very safe and once inside our apartment you didn't notice

We had a place to sleep, cook and wash our clothes.

WiFi was inconsistent and difficult to access. The owner had to tell me what to look for on the router. All this should be on a sheet of paper near the router. There was a flat screen but the reception was poor. There are two “skylights” in the bedroom but no shade blocks. There was a large bathtub in an adjoining room that was beneath an open pergola. When do you use that? The bathroom was small and was missing hooks or towel bars. I send this so that the owner can make his place better.

It’s in a great location for walking to most places - then I’d get the Glider bus back at the end of the day. Everything you need is available, including an en-suite outdoor bathroom (believe that when you see it😊). The bed is very comfy.

A shame about the rubbish skips out the front window - but the blinds do a good job! Troubles one morning with the lock on the apartment door failing (locked in!). Host, Colm, was immediately helpful, and it won’t be happening again!

Clean, very good location, public transport in close proximity apartment owner extremely helpful and offered late check out as the property was free on our day of departure.

No curtains in the bedroom and two sky lights making the room very bright early in the morning when trying to sleep. Also by no fault of the property owner, floors are very thin so could hear people in the above apartments moving around and speaking which was happening very early in the morning, again not ideal for sleeping past 7.30am. Would recommend ear plugs and eye masks
