Modern spacious Belfast city stay free parking

The host was lovely and very helpful and the property was in a good location

We like that it’s clean and spacious. Colm who owns the place is very nice and accommodating.

The bed frame is a bit flimsy so every movement you’ll feel the whole bed moving, but the mattress is very comfortable. So it’s something ignorable.

Very convenient location, easy check in instructions and flexible check in timings. There were ample beddings and linen provided and good appliances: toaster oven, hair dryer, refrigerator. There was also coffee and tea bags, which was great! It was a ground floor unit. I liked that we could walk about 15 minutes to the Waterfront Hall for our conference.

The bedroom was a bit dusty when we checked in, possibly from the connected air well and grille. WiFi reception in the bedroom is a bit spotty. The sofa bed protector had some stains.

The key was in the lockbox, very easy to check in and out.

Lovely modern decor and Colm was so helpful couldn't do enough to accommodate us. Good location just 10min from city centre on the bus which stopped right near the appartment
