Sotogrande Hotel and Convention Center Batangas

This hotel has very good staff, clean facilities including an inviting pool area, the breakfast selection was very nice. The room itself was spacious and linen was clean. Overall a great experience, would definitely rebook and recommend!

No laundry basket, no sleepers for guests

- Hotel is new, spacious and smells really good. - Staffs are amazing from the kuya opening the entrance, to friendly receptionist, housekeeping and restaurant staff. - The rooms were cleaned daily, bed is professionally tucked in with proper layering. Housekeeping has really high standards similar to 5 star hotels I've been to. - The room comes with 2 complimentary mineral water, clean towels, tooth brush and vanity kit. Vanity kit is cheaply made, can't even use the cotton buds as its stick is made of soft plastic. - The bathroom comes with a bath tub, rain shower head and nice smelling bath gel, shampoo/conditioner. - Views are amazing, lifts are fast. - Location is ok, no much around it but food is available for delivery and front desk can contact a tricycle to get you where you need to be. - Hotel also has massage and spa services, didn't get to try it but I included a photo of the pricing. - They have a large outdoor pool cleaned daily.

Stayed here for 3 consecutive days, loved everything except the following: - The included breakfast (restaurant on the lower ground) is just off, deeply disappointing. - Can't believe they even have a chef considering the quality of breakfast they serve, the only thing thats good there is the brewed coffee and the friendly/welcoming staff. - They charge P600 for extra head, choices were very limited - soaking in oil garlic rice, 1 veg dish, very dry chicken longanisa (some is already sour - might have been a left over from yesterday), fish tinapa, bacon, dinner rolls, some kakanin and fresh fruit. - Sometimes its buffet and sometimes its a set (they woke me up and call me to ask what breakfast I want at 8.30pm, when I went to the restaurant, they didn't even get the right order - should have been steamed rice. Then why wake me up if you wont get it right anyway? - On my third day, as I was getting food from the buffet, they told me my room number is not valid, they said no one is staying in that room, unbelievable! This restaurant leaves a bitter taste on an almost perfect stay.

From the smell of the lobby and the comfort of every bedding. The staff were also accommodating and the guard was very concerned as when we arrived, he offered us to stand in front of the aircon as it was very hot that day and we had 2 babies with us

The aircon in the lobby was set to 29. The aircon in the room where we stayed was leaking. The food in Suelo was expensive and just plain and ordinary. Vloggers who reviewed the food were exaggerating.

We enjoyed the swimming pool.

The aircon is not cold enough. During breakfast there were only a few people in the restaurant, so It's not busy that time. We were eating breakfast and so we asked 2 of the staff to give us our free orange juice. They neglected us!!!
