The building is new and nice. The staff are accommodating. The food was great.

The service rendered to us was the highlight of our stay.Everyone was in their best smile,welcomed us and made us feel at home.Front desk staff JOSHUA and PRINCESS JANNA was kind and helpful that they arranged a taxi for us. They're both attentive to our needs so thank you guys! Lei and Kem was courteous,room attendants and the security guard (Ronald) also helpful. We spent a lovely morning walk by the pool followed by a sumptuous breakfast served by Sophia and Glai. This two girls ensured that we enjoyed the food which we did! Kudos to the chef.It would be better if it's buffet style in the future. Overall, the way your staff treat their guests is the foremost reason we will be coming back.Thank you once again and I look forward to spending time at your five-star service hotel!

This isn’t our first time staying at a Sotogrande hotel, the room was cozy and similar to the one we stayed in Baguio, so it felt familiar. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist, which made our stay really pleasant. If you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing staycation, the peaceful surroundings make this a great option.

Since this hotel is still new, not all the facilities are complete yet. They’re only offering plated breakfasts instead of a buffet, which might disappoint some guests. Also, the location feels a bit isolated—there aren’t any nearby malls, shops, or restaurants, so you’re pretty much confined to the hotel unless you drive out. These are minor things for us, but worth mentioning.

I've booked a room for for my wife. It's a new hotel that just opened December 2024. - While not at a central location, the location is accessible if you have a car, you can get to at least where she needed to be. - Hotel has dining and breakfast was included with the booking. - Hotel staff are great. Approachable. We'll come back next year. Thank you.

We arrived on their soft opening so cash only. No wifi and room TV not working. Some architecture flaw in room and small bathroom.
