Modern Apartment Central Woodstock with Parking

Very clean, comfy and spacious. Nice location in a quiet little village.

The small garage for parking, but was better than having nowhere to park.

Very modern, minimalist and stylish

The outside of the property was a little old and dated block of flats.

The flat was cool even though we were staying during the heatwave (given Olivian allowed us to make a deal with her to get 2 fans, one for each room) large TV :) Fridge is very big for all the food and soda :) Towels provided, they were thick and big place looks clean and neat a lot of seating places very accomodating and nice host, with 3 sets of keys provided (we were a party of 3) amazing shower. Good water pressure and easy to operate.

No shower gels, shampoo etc for those who cook, the pan takes forever to heat up, was trying to do a quick steak dinner but took more than 20 minutes to heat up the pan, and took even longer to cook the steak. Took around 20 minutes to stir fry some vegetables. there was a coffee machine but no pods, which may not be feasible for guest with short stay mattress (at least for mine) is soft, not good for people with bad back no freezer, couldnt buy ice cream to comabt the heat! The apartment is in 2nd floor with narrow stairs, not accessible for those with mobility issues or with heavy suitacase. noisy at night, as close to the road. But I am a light sleeper.

This was a great place to stay on the Cotswold Way. We are doing it in reverse, so stages 3 and 4 for us. The room was spacious and had a bath - much appreciated for aching limbs. It was also clean and comfortable and we appreciated the choice of channels on the tv. It was quiet and had everything we might need. The staff were exceptionally hospitable and friendly. There wasn't a lot of choice of fine dining in Wotton U E, but we appreciated having a dinner on a Monday evening - not easy to find places open in these here parts. TIP: Wotton U E is a great spot to stay on the Cotswold walk, as you can get buses to the nearby stopping points. On day 1 we took the car to Hawkesbury Upton and walked to Dunkirk where we caught the Stagecoach 620 service to Old Sodbury Dog. Day 2 we took the C6 to Charfield and the Y8 to Hawkesbury Upton then back to Wotton. We will be back for Stages 5 and 6 as the bus routes look good for those too.

This is a pub. The meals are basic pub food and fine for us. We wanted convenience and something substantial and tasty and that's what we got. The pub area is a little faded. Continental breakfast is included which was fine and a good selection. The pastries in the packets were disappointing though. I couldn't eat the pain au chocolate, which is saying something for me!

Well equipped. Quite attractive interior decoration. Nice shower. Good location for Woodstock.

Outside not attractive. Pictures I feel were taken of a more attractive property opposite. Yes that was the “view” but not the rental property which was not made clear. Quite poor communal areas and quite a lot of stairs. Road noise was a problem especially in one bed room. Hairdryer was missing.
