Spacious Quality Apartment, Convenient Location

We love, love this place so much! Quintin is so sweet and welcomed us with chocolates! We ended up buying a dozen of the chocolate fingers to take home to our friends. Everything so sooooo organised, and everything you need in a home is here! Also love the layout of the house. I especially love the sun room & the boxed out window in the kitchen. It's soooo nice!! We could live there! We ended up staying in more than doing touristy stuff outside. We just cooked our own food, relaxed & watched movies in the lounge. Thank you so much for such a great stay! We'll surely book this again when we visit Christchurch again. Oh also, it's so close to the city, we just walked to the city & to Hagley Park whenever we go out.💖

Excellent accommodation in Christchurch. The house was clean , neat, and tidy. Close to CBD....You can walk to restaurants and cafes. Quintin provided all necessary items for use in the kitchen, which was great. The sun room was fantastic. There is plenty of space in this house. Parking was in front of the property, and even space in a single garage. Well maintained garden . We will definitely be back when we visit Christchurch again. We highly recommend this property. .

Walking distance to town, plenty of restaurants close by

The property was spacious and in a very convenient location with very good facilities. It was also good that there were all the little extra pantry items available so we didn’t have to buy too much for just a short stay.

Perfect location, just 20 mins drive from Christchurch Airport. We arrived tired, due to flight delays. Parking spot is conveniently just beside the house, and when we entered, we were impressed with the very neat and organized kitchen and a very lovely welcoming house. The pantry has snacks, biscuits and even instant noodles! The house layout and deco is non-pretentious, practical and provide us with all the comfort of a well kept home. Very easy to drive around to supermarkets and restaurants. We are lucky to have booked both our stay into and out of Christchurch with Quintin and will definitely do so again. Thank you so much for having us, Quintin !

I love the garden, the comfort of the house and all the necessities that the house has. It has everything that I need. The host has doing extra mile to ensure our comfort. Our stay was during very cold weather, there are heater in most of the corner of the house. It was clean from everything, from outside to inside, from living room to the bedroom. It is walking distance to Hagley Park North and Botanic Garden.

Nothing, host has done very good job. I wish all the best for the host.
