AUVery modern, cozy house, well equipped kitchen and bathroom, large downstairs and upstairs space for living room and bedrooms. Lovely outdoor space aswell. Everything we needed and great space after being out and about Christchurch and beyond for a day. Great if you’re looking for a clean ‘home’ vibe rather than cramped hotel. Price is really affordable too for what you get. The owners were also very quick to respond when a small issue came up.
Only that probably best to have a car if planning to stay here as a little out of city centre but still close enough if no car. And just be wary that the main bedroom is right above a shared car garage and can hear the car engine start up (a bit loud when really early in the morning) at the time that we were staying.

NZLocation was great for us. Very lovely property with extra touches Quintin left us in the property eg biscuits, condiments in fridge we appreciated.

AUThe apartment provided so many items for a very comfortable stay, including basic pantry items and great charging devices that were easily accessible. Toiletry items and personal care items such as shampoo and body wash were provided. The apartment has been beautifully renovated and it was close to all the attractions of Christchurch.

AUGreat facility with affordable prices. We had everything we needed. Quiet and comfortable place. It was our first time stay and holidays in Christchurch. Stay made it really memorable as when we were reaching our accomodation, we felt like home.

NZSpacious 2 bedroom house. Lounge, kitchen and dining downstairs plus a sunroom with comfy chairs. Two large bedrooms upstairs. Firm beds, plenty of bedding. Free standing fans for a hot night. Modern bathroom. Wifi and device chargers. Well stocked kitchen facilities and welcome chocolates. Two lovely outdoor areas. Easy walk to Hagley Park. 20 min walk to centre of city. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Good restaurants within 5 min walk. Service station with food, milk etc close by. A nice relaxed feel to the house. .
