Location and clean and parking

Room 4. Double room, very small and stuffy. Only the skylight window opened so was quite hot. There was a fan but it didn’t give much relief.

Comfy bed and good price.

Nice clean hotel, very good price and very good location for exploring bournemouth, and only 40 mins to train to southampton as we were getting on a cruise after the stay

Very expensive for a very simple room. Not worth the money.

The location is great, close to the train station and bus stops to get you all over Bournemouth and the breezer bus to sandbanks. 20 min walk to beach and shops or 5 min bus ride. The room was clean and well presented. Microwave available and fridge to keep drinks cold.

Very disappointed with the check in. I had to chase for check in details. So you’re told you’ll get check in details on the day for 3pm check in. I called 4-5 times both numbers. Send message. Then at 4pm got a response saying sorry should have sent night before, and that I could have checked in at 1pm. Had I of known this I wouldn’t have been carrying my bag around to sandbanks in the 30 degree heat. Got to the hotel code didn’t work, now this was quickly sorted and all the time very polite but I wasn’t thrilled by the experience. My bed was rock hard so I had to buy ibuprofen gel for my back. There was a fan which would be great if it had any power to it but it was just noisy. The blind takes a long time to get up and down. Another privacy screen would be nice as when the blind is down no air is getting in. I wouldn’t stay here again but that’s just personal preference on the bed.

I didn't take up on the option of breakfast because i enjoy lying in on holiday. Location suited me becase of its close proximity to train station and taxi rank.

I have no complaints - given what i paid. I'm very happy with the accomodation. Loads of supplies for tea and coffee in the room.

The fridge makes some noise

We both liked the hotel, it was clean throughout. It was great having a microwave and a mini fridge in our room too. The bed was that comfortable we both slept like a log We would definitely stay here again 10/10
