Chelsea Apart-Hotel

The staff couldn't be more helpful and the room was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. Fans were provided for a very hot weekend! Parking right outside the hotel. Microwave and essential items also provided

The room was a little small but we expected this as it was a good price for the weekend we had booked. No air con but fans were provided and we were very grateful!

The room was spotless and clean. I found the bed comfortable and slept well. The room had everything I could need including a microwave, fridge which came in very handy in the hot weather and plates and cutlery. The hotel was very close to the train station 5/10 minute walk. The staff were very accommodating providing me with extra pillows. They even allied me an extra 30 minutes check-out while I waited for my lift. They replied to messages promptly. I would definitely recommend

Bournemouth is very spread out. The hotel is an ideal location for access to bus and train station. Large Asda supermarket nearby. Key code entry and all required information provided by email. Room has all the usual amenities but being UK no Aircon of course. On a cold and wet weekend the central heating was much appreciated. Double bed pushed against wall at the side which my wife doesn't like but not a problem as we had extra beds in the room..

Ten to fifteen walk to seafront and restaurant area near Asda.

The room was lovely, the cleaner (suzy) and the owner ( sorry forgot name) was really helpful 😀

Very good communication from management, clear info provided regarding self check in and they were nice enough to register my car for street parking.

The area, I generally did not feel safe. The surrounding homes were dodgy and there were screams from all angles during the night. This however is not the fault of the owners... I would have felt safer with a few bolts on the doors. Lol.

Very Good location for me , close to the railway station in a quiet street! Shops and restaurants are close. Very clean and good communication with the management! Refrigerator a plus!

The ( exclusive ) bathroom for room 5 was in a separate room , it worked fine( and it was private) but took a bit of locking up and down

Good location, clean room, free parking and good value as Bournemouth is expensive. There was a microwave, kettle, fridge and a food prep area.

The twin beds were very narrow. Very thin door; we could hear banging doors, conversations in the hall and people going up and downstairs during the night. Fridge door didn't close properly so we unplugged it (to stop it humming overnight). Bathroom is tiny - though very clean.
