Breakfast serving not there. Delay in service

Very helpful staff. Good clean room.

We were given no instructions about how to get hot water in the bathroom so couldn't understand why the water was cold. We were also not told that in order to get the room serviced we had to give in the key. Apart from the room there are no facilities. Tuk Tuk drivers don't know where it is and we had a few long journeys when they asked directions from several people on the way.

Clean rooms and just enough space. Basic things like tea/coffee, kettle and minimal toiletries were in place. Good room service and congenial staff.

Toilet paper, tissues/hand-towels, facility to hang wet clothes to dry were missing. Located in a small road with very limited parking space on the road-side.

Nothing really to like. Staffs are deceiving about the property but they provided the items we requested so 1 plus point.

Not at all recommend for hygiene conscious persons, specially foreigners and women. The room given to us was filthy. Loud day and night even inside the room. Bugs dead and alive in the room, mouse inside the room, stains on the bedding, pillow was mouldy, so much fungus on them. Check pictures for your reference
