FabHotel Raj Palace

Nice room at a great location if you're traveling to/from Lucknow by train! The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and also let us leave our luggage at the hotel during the day of the check-out.

It's a little bit unnecessary that the hotel staff leaves the main door of the hotel open during night (at least this was the case when we were there), because you can hear all the noise from the street inside the rooms. Simply closing it would certainly reduce the noise. Since we were only there for one night, it wasn't a big issue though, and at some point the traffic noise stops anyway.

Staff behavior, room size, cleanliness, facilities all were excellent. I was in need of a place to change cloths before travel which was post checking out the property, they provided full room itself for 30-40mins to rest till we had commute without charging anything. Room service was very quick. You will get rooms as shown in photo.

At the hotel they demanded extra money evan thought I had paid full amout to you. After 1 hours trying to resolve the problem. They cancelled my booking.

The hotel staff was courteous and always ready to assist with a smile, whether it was arranging transport or accommodating special requests. We also appreciated the delicious breakfast served each morning—a great way to start our day! The location is convenient, offering easy access to Lucknow's key attractions while maintaining a peaceful and relaxing ambiance. Overall, our stay was a blend of comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality. We would highly recommend FabHotel Raj Palace to anyone visiting Lucknow, and we look forward to staying here again in the future.

Quite a good food, room is big enough. If not counting situation with price the hotel staff is helpful and polite. Overall everything except that bad situation during check-in and one small cockroach in the room was pretty nice. But that situation is the worst experience with hotels for me

We came to the hotel late night and wanted to check-in and go to sleep. But the hotel manager said us that our price is incorrect and we have to pay 1.5 times more. We started to argue with him and he started to bargain suggesting us lower price, but still higher than our price in the app. He said that they have some problems with their partner FabHotels and their price is incorrect. But I don't understand why it's our problem and we must pay more when it's actually their problem. After a few minutes of argument the manager agreed to our price, but the experience of bargaining and arguing to get the price we already have is the worst. Moreover, next morning they tried to trick us again and said that we don't have breakfast included in the booking. I had to show them my booking in the app to prove they are wrong
